  • A Cosy, newly renovated, apartment with a chalet atmosphere in the heart of the prestigious mountain resort of, Saint-Martin de Belleville.

    The apartment forms part of Residence with 33 apartments. It is built in the typical Savoyard style and has direct access to the ski slopes. It has a Living-room with a TV, balcony with nice views of the mountains and a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen and dining-room.

    - bedroom 1 : double bed (180 x 190 cm) with en-suite bathroom & toilets. Access to the balcony.
    - bedroom 2 : twin beds (90 x 200 cm) with en-suite shower & toilets. Bedroom with one window.
    - bedroom 3 : twin beds (90 x 200 cm). Bedroom with one skylight.
    - 1 Bathroom and one separate toilets.
    - Lounge : 2 single beds

Beautiful chalet with stunning views of the mountain. Immaculate and tastefully decorated. Great access to the slopes and overall ski area. Several great restaurant choices in the village. Peter was a fantastic host, very responsive. Would highly recommend & wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Très beau chalet, bien équipé et très bien placé avec une superbe vue. Proche des circuits de randonnées. Sauna, piscine, jacuzzi et hammam à disposition. Les réceptionnistes étaient très sympathiques et attentionnées. Super séjour, je recommande.

Perfect location for a relaxing week skiing

We (group of three couples) stayed at this property and we would definitely come back! The property is well furnished and has all the amenities you need to enjoy the week, the front desk was super helpful with arranging the fondue and raclette machines, and town was just a quick walk for groceries, ski rentals, etc. It does take a while to get onto the mountain (it is ski in / ski out but a few lifts to get up to Val Thorens area) but is a good trade off as the town is much cuter!

St Martin-de-Bellville

Great property. It is spacious and well-equipped. Big balcony overlooking the piste and town. Comfy beds and modern bathrooms. The ski and boot storage is great and leads right out onto a short piste to a button lift and onto the larger chair lift. The pool, steam rooms and saunas are a welcome luxury. The daily bread delivery is a nice touch and the reception team was very helpful. The only downside is that the reception, public areas and spa are locked from 11am to 4pm. Not really an issue unless you choose not to ski for a day. The local town is quiet but has a good grocery shop and great restaurants all within a short walk, all be it with some steep steps :)

A little too expensive for what it has to offer

In general the Chalet is at a nice spot and very near to the first lift taking you to the slopes. The communication with the host was very nice and helpful, the check-in process without problems and the staff very nice. The only problems that let the review be not as good as it could, is that not everything was perfect upon arrival. The whirlpool for example wasn’t filled up until the third day and only cold at the fourth. The sauna too was way too cold and never fully heated as it should. So the spa is something you wouldn’t expect fot the price. Compared to a completely private chalet that had to offer everything for a better rate in Switzerland, this here is a little too expensive for the service it had to offer. The bathrooms in the apartment were also very old and don’t live up to modern standards, as well as the water pressure and temperature that was hard to regulate.

Superbe appartement dans le magnifique village de St Martin de Belleville

Appartement d’exception dans un chalet avec piscine, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, salle de sport, message (excellent) et réception aux petits soins (prêts d’appareils, livraison de pain et viennoiseries, feu de cheminée...). L’apportement jouit d’une vue magnifique depuis le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger dans tous le confort et le luxe qui est bien souligné par les photos. Accès direct aux pistes et aux remontées vers le haut du domaine ainsi qu’aux excellents restaurants dont le 3 étoiles de la regions. Bref, un excellent séjour et hâte d’y retourner

Super séjour, très belle vue sur les montagnes

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé et spacieux. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille où nous avons pu faire de nombreuses randonnées (au départ également de Pralognan , meribel et Courchevel ) et profiter de la piscine pendant nos moments de repos (sauna jacuzzi hamamam fermés cause Covid). Le personnel de l’accueil est chaleureux et serviable. Nous recommandons .

Absolutely amazing stay at Chalet de Gypse!

Fantastic accommodation, comfortably slept 7 adults, the chalet was unbelievable interior with lovely little touches! Great location for skiing the 3 valleys, access to all resorts. Loved the spa access after a long day ski & being able to order bread/croissants daily was a bonus. Would definitely return!!

Beautiful apartment in fab location

The apartment was stunning and spacious. We were a group of 7 and had plenty of room. The facilities are excellent, the pool so relaxing and the rented raclette set great fun. The staff were really accommodating- ordering us breakfast and giving us tips on things to do. The village is really cute, val thorens is not far- we would love to go again and would re-book with Peter within a heartbeat!

Comfy and easy

The apartment was all we expected, very nice although couple of things not working.ie extractor in bathroom. Also next to no toilet rolls when we arrived although reception did reluctantly give us 2! We found the concierge very unhelpful generally and often misleading , which is a shame as everything else to a high standard.
