Studio apartment with mezzanine, Southern exposure, next to the heart resort of Les 2 Alpes and at the foot of ski tracks, with car-park.
You will be 200m away from the cable cars, shops and city entertainment, with a beautiful view of the mountain from the studio and the balcony.
Bright apartment thanks to its large window. 31 m2, located on the fifth floor of the building, accessible by elevator. Parquet flooring, light wood panelling and mountain photos on the white walls.
The building is located at the foot of ski tracks. When snow conditions are favourable, shoeing and unshoeing your skis at the entrance of the building is possible. Cash desk, main cable cars departure (Jandri 1 and Jandri Express), ski schools meeting point and tourism office center are at 200m away from the building.
You will be next to shops and city entertainment : supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, sports shops and rentals, swimming pool, ice rink, tennis courts, summer sledge, restaurants, bars, …
The apartment consists of a kitchen within a lounge, an entrance corridor, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a mezzanine. Guests have access to a private ski locker on the ground floor and a private outdoor parking space in front of the building (with badge & barrier).
You will be requested a 400€ deposit by credit card.
A local correspondent will pass you the keys on your arrival and ask you for a deposit of 60 euros (cash) for cleaning, which he will give back to you on your departure if the apartment is clean.
The studio is provided with duvets, blankets and pillows.
The local correspondent can provide bed linen, bathroom towels and other facilities to you for rent.
Weekly bookings from Sunday to Sunday are preferred during winter peak periods.

Wrongly accused of property damage
The views from this flat and access to town were fantastic, however this place is definitely not professionally cleaned between visits and we were wrongly accused of property damage. Upon arrival, we shared with the property assistant that the toilet was broken. They said ok and would send someone next day. No one ever showed, but we were able to flush the toilet by taking the toilet top off and pulling the cable mechanism within the toilet. Unfortunately, after check out, I asked if anything needed to be done further than stripping beds, we were told looks ok. Shortly later, I was charged an addition $275 for breaking the toilet, leaving trash is the designated bins, and 3 dishes in the dishwasher. I am tired of rental owners getting away with wrongly appointed charges. The Sherpa hotel is next store, I highly recommend staying there where the premise is clean and the staff is beyond accommodating.

Logement parfait et impeccable, dans un batiment très calme... Vue exceptionnelle de la terrasse ...
5 ème et dernier étage avec ascenseur, appréciable après plusieurs heures de rando :-)

Petit points négatif la propreté surtout au niveau de la mezzanine. Et l'immeuble est difficile à trouver.

L appartement et les espaces communs ne sont pas recents, neanmoins l’espace est compact, pratique en particulier avec la mezzanine. Et les commerces + pistes sont a cote

Stayed here from the UK
Drove down from the UK, it really is in the perfect location, the host is very responsive on WhatsApp and helpful. Need to bring your own sheets and towels, good parking, on the 5th floor, but had a lift up, so no problem. Ski lockers on the ground floor, balcony, you can ski to the door. ( as good as damn it) great view! We left early due to weather and the host was very clear as to where to drop off the keys which made it smooth as we had a long drive. Very pleased, hoping to book again next year. Thank you!

Super logement emplacement idéal
Super séjour, l'appartement est idéalement placé (sur le front de neige, proche du centre et des remontées mécaniques, jardin d'enfant, patinoire éphémère et piste de luge en bas de l'immeuble).. Il dispose de tout ce qu'il faut avec tous les rangements nécessaires..la vue est magnifique..on a même la surprise en arrivant de trouver des bons de réduction pour la location de matériel (30 à 40%)..chaine hi-fi bien agréable, produits ménagers sur place bien pratique, casier à skis en bas de l'immeuble.. Le seul petit bémol : le clic clac dans l'entrée qui n'est pas très confortable mais le lit gigogne dans le salon est très bien.. Je recommande l'adresse sans problème et garde l'adresse précieusement ! Merci aux propriétaires et au Mr qui s'occupe des arrivées et départs qui est très sympa aussi
