Perfect for holidays with family or friends, we offer you in Les Houches this studio with sleeping area of 36 m² that can accommodate up to 4 people, for your holiday.
The studio is on the 1st floor of a building. It has a South-West exposure with balcony.

The studio is composed of :

- A living room with sofa-bed for 2 people.
- An equipped kitchenette with 2 induction hobs, fridge, oven.
- A sleeping area with bunk bed.
- A bathroom.
- An independent toilet.

Addtional equipments : Washing machine, WIFI, cellar, closed box and animals not allowed.

Additional services (optional, with additional cost, subject to reservation and subject to availability; for prices, contact us) :

appréciation relativement bonne

quelques couacs: lave-linge dont l essorage est défectueux , pas d essoreuse a salade , manque de patères pour accrocher les vêtements notamment dans la salle de bains au moment de la douche , table de repassage sans fer à repasser, un four non autonettoyant Plaque de cuisson à induction( Attention !!!interdite aux porteurs de pace maker ) Au demeurant séjour très agréable dans un environnement champêtre au bord d un petit lac
