「Firstly you need to be aware if you are booking this apartment that it doesn't have a smoke alarm fitted or a carbon monoxide detector. There must've been a smoke detector at some point as there is a fitting in the hall but no longer. That point tells you a lot about how important your safety is to the hosts, it should be illegal to rent a property without basic standard (and cheap) alarms.
Positive points this apartment is in a good location, immediately next door to a ski equipment hire shop...
