appartement non conforme aux photos

appartement dégradé. 2 canapés dans la pièce à vivre. 1 déchiré et sale, l'autre qui est le canapé lit tout taché pleins de poils d'animaux, on a pas pu coucher dedans. nous étions huit, 1 bol et 4 mugs, 1 poêle inutilisable etc... au prix de la location c'est du vol
