“The family who run this very sweet hotel are kind, accommodating, and offer most everything you could want. I felt safe and I loved the balcony off of my room where I got to watch the full moon. It was so easy to get to. All the bus/metro lines stop right in front or very close by - There are also city bike rentals you can get to bike all over Brussels and you can easily either get to the city center or to the most impressive forest. They also have a delicious restaurant so if you are hungry……

“We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past but were very disappointed with our latest visit. There was nobody at reception therefore we had no idea where to get keys etc. We eventually phoned someone and was told our room number and the key is in the door! Only one towel and no one to ask for another until we were leaving. The shower head had not been cleaned for ages and therefore water spraying from all angles. TV turned on during the night a couple of times and woke us up! ……

“Excellent location and hotel parking , room very clean and nice decor, very comfortable bed and nice hot water in the bathroom.Instructions on getting room were not clear by email. No key in the key box as it was described. We had to get key from restaurant staff in the hotel. We also couldn’t watch any TV as there was no remote in the room . Luckily after a long journey we were very tired. There was also a lot of loud music and noise coming from the hotel restaurant and Bar. Overall a good stay……

"The location of the hotel is good , just 10 walk to the station, it is in the side alley so when you walked alone back in the dark it would feel a bit dangerous but the local here look fine and i felt safe all the time.
The sound proof of my room is very poor, i always heard ppl talking outside or in their room and it only would be quiet until 0100 am. No air conditioner at all, but i can see heater inside the room(not sure it worked) And the room is quite dull, even i try my best to turn on all the lights in the room , still very dull. maybe that is romantic to some ppl but defintely not for me. bathroom is clean , have heat water but sometime just not very stable. TV is tiny but that is not quite important..no freezer in the room. "
