This property's staff are a credit not only to the hotel but to themselves they are genuinely brilliant. We have stayed in highend hotels all over the world but they lack the friendly want to help touch. Although this is not high end hotel its very clean and the staff make up for everything else. I enjoyed a nice stay here. The bed was comfortable so slept well, and the room was spacious and well equipped. Check in was easy and very quick. Breakfast was great, but particular mention to the restaurant (McGettigan’s bar) which had a great selection of choices, well priced, and the staff were fantastic. I wouldn’t have a problem staying here again.

Myself and friend loved this beautiful hotel. We will be back. As it was my friends 60th birthday the hotel staff upgraded us. Loved the pool etc. The room was quite big just think maybe one or two of the sofas could be updated. The breakfast was great. We took our time no rush for the table back like some hotels. Diffently be back. Thanks to all the staff for a lovely time

We were here for a big Summer Sesdions gig. Staff informef us of an alternative to a taxi to and there for 5.5o euros return, saved us a fortune. A leisurely swim and work out in the hotel leisure complex prepared us for brunch in McGettigan's before heading home. Great place to stay ❤️

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and very helpful. The only challenge was the lack of aircon in the room. The fan went some way to move air around the room but not adequate to cool the room

The lobby area of the hotel is beautiful, however this would mislead you to believe that the rest of the hotel would be the same. The rooms are basic, the towels are small and the supplied shower gel is probably the cheapest they could find. The heat in the room also meant that we had to have the windows open which then made it extremely noisy due to the road traffic. The curtains also left a lot to be desired in terms of keeping the room dark (we had to pin the curtains to the wall with a chair to block out half the light they were letting in) The bar was lovely & staff were good but the heat was almost unbearable, this also carried through to the breakfast area where again the staff were lovely (albeit a little slow at bringing tea and coffee) but again the room was extremely warm. One real positive - The breakfasts were very nice!

Hotel doesn’t have or doesn’t use air conditioning in the bedrooms even though they advertise this. Bedrooms were excruciatingly hot! Mould in the bathroom around the shower area, bedroom ceiling very dusty with cobwebs, shower head kept sliding down the holder so even my 10 year old had to duck under it. Probably wouldn’t stay again .
