“Came to Gainesville for the Gator game and wanted to stay in a rustic rural part of old Florida. This place is next door to The Yearling restaurant and down from Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings homestead. Very cool experience of ol' Florida.”

“We have stayed at this cabin twice now and it’s been extremely pleasant each time. The cabin is always clean with everything always working. Dealing with the property manager is fantastic because they are quick to respond and work to ensure your needs are met.The property is close enough to have food delivered as well as Walmart! Internet is fast and the location is off the main road so you are tucked away into the woods, but within a 4 min drive to a major highway and 10 mins from Chiefland. ”

“We had a great type staying the very adorable tiny house! It was well decorated (maybe too well) and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. We had never used a composting toilet before - so that what was our least favorite part. Everything else was top notch. We all found sleeping in the lofts to be very cozy and comforting. We had everything we needed to store food and make meals, a nice TV, and a shower. Excellent stay!”

“This place is amazing. The host picks you up in a pontoon boat to take you to the island so you get a lovely boat ride included. We have stayed at many VRBO places and this place was amazing. The fridge was packed with food, drinks, juice. The dinner they provided was delicious. Many coffee choices and snacks. Had a fire near the river to watch the sunset. I would definitely stay here again.”

“LOVED OUR STAY! We all enjoyed the cabin, and floating and swimming in the Rainbow River. The cabin was comfortable with plenty of outdoor hangout space and things to do. We made fires in the fire pit each night.Our dog met a young deer, and they played together for at least 5 minutes. So cute!We found an EXCELLENT Mexican restaurant nearby (Riviera Maya) on our first night. We couldn't believe how good it was. We went back again.”

“We had the perfect four-night stay at Serenity Springs On The Suwannee Tree House. The location on the river is stunning, with great spots for campfires, BBQ, canoeing, and fishing. The outdoor shower was fantastic, and Amy was a wonderful host. A true escape into nature – highly recommended!”
