“We had such a wonderful time with family and teaching the kids how to catch crabs and fish right outside the house. The location is ideal close to everything and wlaking distance to the club house, pool, and playground. Property is very clean and the people are so friendly. Lovely restaurants just up the road and within easy walking distance to the touristy strip and the beach (there’s even golf cart service to the beach if you need help transporting their awesome foldable beach chairs). It's right on the beach block, so an easy walk to the bay - we loved sitting outside on the porch with coffee in the morning and walking down to watch the bayside sunsets at night. The fenced in yard and outdoor games were great for our young kids. Owner was very responsive to our questions and the house was in perfect shape. Very friendly, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!”
