“This property is great! Secluded acreage and a perfect fenced in pet yard. They even thought of blocking off the access to the unfenced portion of yard so that when your dog goes out, they have to go into the fenced portion - SO NICE! Was a great location for our soccer tournament at Sandhill fields - only 15 minutes away. There was a guest book that guests had written in and some had suggested subtle changes, that the owners clearly read and incorporated as I saw all the changes in the……

Loved the extra bonus of having beach accessories ready for us to use! do think some beach chairs need cleaning or replacement, not big of a deal for us as we welcomed having them, it was a bonus! Easy access to the Atlantic Ave main road to Bethany Beach Boardwalk, restaurants such as Northeast Seafood Kitchen, DiFebo’s, Off the Hook, and Sea Colony area (east), and Giant food, Weis Markets, and many other restaurants to the west.
