「Room was okay. Clean, but carpet was filthy. However, I've seen worse. What I haven't seen worse was the "service" my wife and I received at the restaurant in the lobby. 「Very nice, clean, and modern hotel. Desk staff was super friendly. Charming little "Convient store" in the lobby. Central location within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, Rupp Arena, and more. Parking lot located underneath was helpful. Only MILD complaints would be the breakfast bar was a little cold and mostly empty by 9:40 even though breakfast is served until 10... and the room was supposed to have a white noise machine but it didn't, and it was very loud until after 1am with...

「There was a musty smell that was off putting as soon as we walked in the door. The rooms are very small and we had a leak in the sink drain that wasn’t repaired after we reported it. I didn’t feel that it was worth the cost. Very disappointing for a supposed upscale Hilton.」
