💯 customer satisfaction!! Start to finish….check-in staff was awesome (Trent was his name?), extreme cleanliness, updated contemporary furniture throughout the lobby/hotel. Rooms were comfortable, including beds, while also being pet-friendly for a low fee of $25. Check-out was a breeze with friendly staff and a warm breakfast buffet!! We’ll stay every year on our way back from Florida!!

The room was a great layout. Could use some repair here and there as it showed wearness. Where it was located in the building was perfect! Very quiet and we were there on New Years Eve. We basically were the ONLY room in that area and loved it! Very friendly staff.

The microwave and refrigerator did not work, the coffeemaker leaked, there was no hair dryer and no conditioner in the dispenser. The sink was badly cracked and badly patched. At least the bed was comfortable.

Everything was extremely clean!! Although on their website it said that breakfast was until 10 and they actually closed at 9. We ended up getting the last 5 minutes of it but the food even for about to be closed was still really warm and fresh!
