Property worked well for large group. Immediate neighborhood is ok and somewhat centrally located. Bathrooms were ok. Host was great at communicating and no problems to report. Very practical and gets the job done.

Very close to campus and was very convenient to restaurants. It was a bit concerning that both neighbors on each side of the rental came to warn us about parking on the street due to cars being sideswiped. But PLENTY of driveway parking! House seems to need a bit of TLC overall, but nothing that hampered our stay.

The showers were filthy. There was black grime and hair in the tub and shower walls. It took me 45 minutes to clean adequately for my 3 year old twins to take a bath. There was dust and dead bugs on the window sills , closets, bed frames. Waste bins inside the rental were full of trash. Coffee mugs in the cupboard were dirty as well. Hallway light on the second floor was not working. I notified the owner of the lack of cleanliness when i arrived. I was ignored. They did not deem it necessary to respond to my concerns. This is my first VRBO rental and most likely my last. 0/10 would not recommend.

Summer Visit

We enjoyed our stay in this clean 5 bedroom home. It was a hot week but the air conditioning and mini-splits did the job keeping us cool. The host was accommodating and quick to reply to our questions and needs. The location was perfect for us with a playground within walking distance and an easy drive to UK and fine dining in town.

Very nice group spot

We had a great time here! The place was nice and clean and there was plenty of space to sleep for a big group of people. The main floor consists of 3 bedrooms, two with two bunk beds and one with a queen bed. Upstairs there is a bathroom and two more bedrooms, one with two queen beds and one with one queen bed. We ran into a couple issues while we were there but the host quickly responded and helped us to figure out how to fix it. I am giving 4 stars because the whole first night and some of the next morning there was no water in the kitchen and that was a little inconvenient because we were cooking a lot in the kitchen. Other than that, everything was great!! Lots of parking space in the driveway too.
