「Very friendly and helpful staff and the place was also nice other than some ants. Room listings were misleading...suite listed without a room to match...house listed with free breakfast and not provided. Much construction work caused for loud environment during daytime and many cats and dogs making much noise early morning and night. Connected to the owners place where they had access to enter our side of the building where some food items came up missing in the night and lights were turned on....

「Nice location to shop. Walking distance to SM mall, easy to get a ride to Robinsons. Metro Bank next door for ATM needs. Set breakfast was nice. Rooms are a little small but clean. However we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. Staff was courteous and friendly.」

「YES THE GV HOTEL IN ORMOC CITY THE ROOMS ARE BASIC BUT VERY CLEAN THE STAFF WILL CLEAN YOUR ROOM AND PROVIDE CLEAN TOWELS EVERY DAY IF YOU ASK FOR THE LADY AT FRONT DESK VERY NICE PERSON YES I WOULD STOP IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN IF I HAD A BUSINESS TRIP TO ORMOC CITY AGAIN」
