The hotel was in a great location right by the beautiful City Hall building. It was close to the bars and restaurants and the tourist information was nearby. We would stay there again.

Very enjoyable stay.

Overnight in Liberec

Located by the Main Square with the Town Hall within throwing distance. Compact room with ensuite - dated but clean. Location has restaurants, shops and bars next door / opposite so some outside noise to be expected. Breakfast an average affair.

2 days stay at the hotel for Christmas. Really convenient location, on the main square of the city .If you drive there , ask for the instructions to reach their parking , which is paid , but should be the most affordable option to park in the area , especially on a weekday. We had the apartment, which is super comfortable and spacious for a couple with a kid. The room is nicely furnished and spacious, even with the added cot. The hotel is nicely decorated in general. The breakfast had all the typical options of a buffet in good quantity. The restaurant was closed , but we were able to order coffee from them. Unfortunately we did not use the sauna , keep in mind to notify them in advance for that. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We recommend this hotel for somebody who wants to stay in the historical center of Liberec.

I did not enjoy my stay in Hotel Radnice much. In my opinion, the property is a bit “past it´s expiry date”. To me the equipment seemed old, felt like a trip back to 80’s. Breakfeast was poor, not much to choose from, coffee not particularly tasty. I did not feel like dining in a 4 star hotel. Overall, to me the hotel is a mediocre 3 star, not 4 star at all. I was dissapointed - the cost/benefit ratio was not met for me at all.

sehr nette und freundliche Servicekräfte! sehr sauber Englischkenntnisse sind hilfreich (tschechisch geht auch), ohne diese ist eine Verständigung auch möglich, dauert nur ein wenig länger. Als Ausländer ist man ja Gast und sollte sich auf Verständigungsmöglichkeiten vorbereiten! Nicht vergessen, Deutschland ist nicht der Mittelpunkt der Welt!! Deutsches Hotelpersonal spricht auch nicht alle Sprachen.

Fab hotel in the heart of Liberec

Fantastic hotel in the heart of the city, very close to transport links and tram stops as well as several really good restaurants, pubs and museums. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and the room amenities were lovely. Had a big king size bed with very comfy mattress and a bath as well, which came in very handy to soak away the aches of walking up Jested.

Hotel in der alten Stadthalle im Zentrum. Leider keine Klimaanlage und wir öffneten Nachts das Fenster. Leider war es nicht besonders ruhig (Nacht Sa/So), da Lärm von dem Partyvolk kam.

場所が市役所の広場にほぼ面していてとてもよい。ホテルの人の対応も良かった。 駐車場の場所をメールで聞いた時、GPSの位置を教えてくれるより、ホテルの裏だと言ってもらった方がわかりやすかった。結果的には住所で迷わずに行けたが。

Easy check in, room well appointed, mini bar well stocked, good wifi & ample hot water, tub nice to have, located near many restaurants & pubs, breakfast was great with ready made fresh juice - coffee machine was watery - only disappointment. Hotel restaurant for dinner & lunch had great local menu selection.

+: Super Lage am Platz vor dem Rathaus. Bequeme Betten. -: Unangenehme, sauerstoffarme Luft im Treppenhaus. Zu warmes Zimmer - bei Fenster auf Kipp laute Geräusche von draußen. Unangenehm hoher Einstieg zur Dusche/Badewanne.

おもてなしの見本のようなホテル

チェックインの対応をされたのがマネージャーさんだと思いますが。笑顔で迎えてくださいました。フロント、清掃担当、朝食会場のアルバイトと思われる若い子まですべてのスタッフがお客の気持ちを察した対応をされていました。マネージャーの指導が行き届いていますし、本当に気持ちのきれいなスタッフが集まっているのだと思います。決して過剰なサービスではなく、お客が気持ちよく滞在するのを手助けしてくださいました。チェーンのホテルでは経験することが難しい心のこもった接客でした。これからもホテル ラドニスのスタッフであることを誇りに思い、遠来の客をもてなしてください。接客の本質を見る思いがしました。お世話になりました。

The absolute favorite of all 3 hotels I stayed at. Loved the warmth of the place, it’s right outside the square (about 5 steps), well spoken rnglish staff, coffe/bar inside the hotel at excellent prices. The design of this hotel reminds me of a hostel feel lobby and warm welcoming structure with 4-star rooms and all that apply. Rooms were split less and great size. I will def be back. A++++

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel ! Auch wenn nicht alles Perfekt war . Es liegt direkt im Zentrum und man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung,es war sauber und auch mit allem ausgestattet,das gleiche gilt auch für das Badezimmer.Bei dem Doppelbett sollte allerdings mal über den Austausch der Matratzen nachgedacht werden ( Zimmer Nr. 10 man merkte teilweise die Federn durch ) Das Frühstück war ausreichend wir waren zufrieden. Personal war immer Freundlich und hilfsbereit !! Bei schönem Wetter kann es Nachts schon mal etwas lauter draußen werden da die Straße dann sehr belebt ist. Auto steht sicher und ist eingeschlossen,man sollte allerdings den Parkplatz gleich mit Reservieren wenn benötigt da Plätze sehr begrenzt. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind und hatten ein paar schöne Tage.
