For check out say the elevators did not respond to call buttons Good price, nice room but the overall experience was terrible. Kasa / Mint House just dropped the ball on the simplest of things」

「Expensive without any significant amenities such as complimentary breakfast nor parking. Rooms small and housekeeping at my location was not good. Had to call and chase down room attendant every day of my 3 night stay. Room coffee maker was sub par as were the bath towels which were flimsy. I, personally, expected much better from the Marriott brand. Rooms were also noisy from slamming doors, even heard next room’s TV.」

「The hotel has an understated elegance - historical, lovely, but not stuffy or “over the top.” We stayed in a junior suite which was generously sized and had a very comfortable sofa and arm chair. One of the things we enjoyed most was the piano music every evening at 5:30, except for Sundays. Very comfortable lounge seating and the option of food with your drinks. Hotel is perfectly located in the middle of town with easy access to the river walk and restaurants.」

「I will stay here again. I will say the mattress in room 302 needs to be changed. I did not get a comfortable nights Sleep while I was there but everything else was excellent.」

「Took forever at the front desk and we were the only people up there. Also, the beds were so horribly noisy. If you rolled over in one of the queen beds in the middle of the night, it was so loud it woke up the person in the other bed.」

Breakfast was good and the hot cinnamon rolls were some of the best I’ve ever had! Wish they would have had some scrambled eggs but other than that no complaints!」
