“Masseria Valentina was one of the highlights of our trip. Breakfast was incredibly fresh and delicious every morning, and the grounds were absolutely immaculate. The entire property was beautifully maintained and had such a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was stunning, spacious, and very comfortable, especially the bed, which was one of the best we had during our trip. Everything felt thoughtfully done, from the rooms to the……

“This masseria is incredibly beautiful and a very peaceful place. The staff was helpful with dinning suggestions and can arrange a car sevice for trips into Brindisi. You need to have a car here because it is a ways from the city and if you plan to eat dinner there, make sure you let them know of any food restrictions. We were all vegetarians and I think if we'd let them know that, our dinner there would have been a better experience, Breakfast, however, was great!”

“Fabio was amazing and very accommodating. Thank you Fabio! The server at dinner was only focused on assisting the two large groups staying at the property. He only spoke German, which made communication impossible. It would have been nice to have some ambient music during dinner and get some bread with olive oil and balsamic while we waited 30 minutes for dinner. The room was very clean; the bathroom spacious and immaculate. The pool area was beautiful, but the water was cold, so we couldn't use……

“Matteo was a most gracious, generous and helpful host! He welcomed us warmly, taking care of parking, luggage and offering sight-seeing and dining tips. He’s been an ardent steward of this handsome mid-19 c. palazzo where he grew up, his family’s home for generations. When Matteo moved back he carefully restored the ambience of a much loved finely appointed home: beautiful painted ceilings from an earlier era, antique furniture accents and fabulous Venetian chandelier over the entrance stairs……
