Open space apartment

The apartment is located inside the Borgo Federico II of Svevia with stylistic and architectural features suggested by the Sicilian Baroque of the contiguous historical center of the city. It has worked with urbanistic choices such as to consider the village as a district of the historic center on which it has intervened with an architectural restoration project. It therefore fits into the existing one without disturbing the style and urban / architectural balance of the town.

In the village, bordered by stone walls and with access from seventeenth-century portals, the narrow streets and squares, furnished with wells and fountains, are paved in local stone; the individual buildings have cantonal and wall stone details; the lintels are in wood or brick; all finishes are personalized and with quality materials.

Private beach, large green areas, pedestrian paths, fountains, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, shiphandlers, laundry and literary cafés surround the houses.

Also adjacent is the Il Porto shopping center, a gallery of 27 shops, including a 1,600 sq m Conad Superstore and the Marina Terrace.

The Marina is connected via the international airports of Catania, Comiso, Trapani and Palermo with the most important Italian and European cities.

The suites of the Marina di Cala del Sole represent an ideal refugium for those who seek the quality of life of the past in the mild climate of the truest Sicily and in the elegant context of a modern marina.
