“The stay was beautiful with amazing views. The hotel was clean and all amenities were working properly. One thing that took us by surprise was the hotel staff expecting us to clean and leave the hotel in a mopped condition. I’m not sure if this is consistent throughout Switzerland or just property, but we were definitely taken back by this. Despite this, I would return.”

"The hotel’s traveller-friendly location and clean spacious room were great. We enjoyed the warm welcome from the female reception staff but were disappointed with the rudeness of the male staff during check-out."
