“Niyeda was very helpful during our stay. The toilet handle accidentally broke and she ran right out to replace it for us. She also let us charge our E/V overnight each night. Very responsive, and had a lovely and conveniently located home, just like the listing said. Nice, quiet neighborhood, perfect for families with small children to stay. I would recommend Niyeda’s place to anyone looking to stay on the east side of Atlanta.”

“The only good thing was the seven bedrooms. The house didn't have the smell or appearance of a recently cleaned house. Two bedrooms had stained sheets. We couldn't use the pool for 2 days until it was cleaned, though it was clearly stated the importance of the pool for the kids. We had to purchase amenities to use on the last day for use in the pool. The air mattress promised us wasn't there but delivered when requested. The kitchen has no pantry to put our purchased food and no……
