Excellent

On long stays, we prefer a home as opposed to a hotel. This one was perfect. Exactly as described, secure parking, all of the amenities of home. Miguel, the host's representative, very pleasant, accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. The property owner was also very quick to respond questions and was able to book our dates on very short notice (in about 24-48 hours)...we tend to just up and go for holiday. haha. Overall..Excellent, as the title says!!

Great location!

The apartment is as advertised - with a great location and a great manager. He was able to pick us up at the airport (for an extra US$20) and that made the arrival even easier! The apartment has almost everything you could need - we couldn't find wine glasses so we improvised! The beds were comfy and the linens were good. Having a laundry with soap was excellent. Overall 5 stars and would come again!!

Excellent weeklong stay!

From Miguel meeting us in the lobby upon our arrival until we left, our stay wad excellent. Location is great, especially for tourists. The nearby grocery stores made stocking up on essentials a breeze. Walking around was nice and safe, The nearby Starbucks was fun to visit, too. Miguel, gracias por todo y suerte a todos!!!

Bien situé par rapport au Parque Kennedy, le bord de la mer et le Metropolitano. Dans le condo il manque l’air climatisé au salon (bien que l’on ait fourni un ventilateur) et des napperons. Le tapis du salon est poussiéreux. Quelques rénos au plancher de bois seraient dues. Piscine et terrasse sur le toit, c’est très bien. Les employés de la sécurité à la porte sont très gentils.

Clean, roomy, safe and great location

I just recently visited Peru and booked this unit. From arrival to departure the process was smooth and pleasant. The owner answered all my questions and concerns. Great location with everything steps away or a short taxy ride. I would highly recommend this appartment if you are planning to stay in the Lima area.

Great location, layout and owners, but needs a thorough cleaning, smelled of smoke

This apartment was located in a perfect spot for exploring parts of greater Lima, with lots of cafes and restaurants and a great grocery store in walking distance. It was the perfect size for our group of 3 (one couple, one single traveller) as the 2nd bedroom had two twin beds. The owners are very responsive and check-in was easy. We only had 3 big towels upon arrival and more were delivered upon request the next day. However, the apartment smelled like cigarette smoke (as did our clothes by the end of the stay) and the whole apartment could use a deep cleaning (dishes all needed pre-washing before use as they were dirty, walls/door handles need wiped down, etc.). The biggest drawback for non-smokers was the smell.

Nice, clean apartment in Miraflores

This apartment was clean & well kept & in a secure building. It was within walking distance of the ocean, many restaurants & bars and shops. All of the staff were very kind & accomodating.

Nice Apartment in Lima

This was a nice 2 bedroom apartment in Milaflores, Lima Peru. We stayed here a few days after returning from Cusco, before flying home. The apartment was in a nice part of town and within walking distance of the parks / cliffs over looking the ocean. Apartment was safe and clean and we were able to use the washing machine to do some laundry.

Great apartment in Miraflores

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. Linder was extremely helpful when we arrived early in the morning and the apartment was not ready for us. He actually put us in another apartment so that we could get some sleep and take a shower. It was such a nice gesture. The apartment is well equipped and in a great part of town. We visited the Wong grocery store that is approximately a half mile away. It had everything we needed to stock the fridge for the time we were in Lima. We also visited the Arabicca coffee shop. They have amazing coffee and pasteries. The apartment is close to the metro bus line which will take you into the city center for a small fee. It was very easy to use and convenient for the day we spent in the city center.

Great flat and location in Lima

We were very happy with our stay at Linder's flat. It was perfectly situated. There is an excellent grocery store across the street if you don't feel like going out to the many restaurants in the area. Linder was super helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great location, good value

We were very close to all the best sites and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and took advantage our all the amenities such as two great pools and a gym. We will definitely stay here again. One small clarification on previous reviews, we detected an odor in the apartment and tracked it down to the kitchen sink. Once we put the drain plug in and added a little water the problem was solved. Thank you for sharing your great apartment

Comfortable and well located!

This lovely condo was perfect for our stay in Lima. Fresh, clean and quite. Good bed with cool air. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping, etc. A short taxi ride to Larcomar Mall where we found great restaurants and views. The washer dryer "all in one" was so impressive we plan on buying one for ourselves! We'd diffinately stay here again.

Great apartment in a great location!

We stayed in this apartment for about 3 weeks and really enjoyed everything the whole time. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable and the location is awesome. Lima was having a water crises during our stay and Miguel the maintenance man brought us a 5 gallon bucket to fill up during times when the water came on. This was very handy for filling toilet tanks!! Something you never expect to happen, but Linder and Miguel helped make the crises more manageable. There is an air conditioner in the master bedroom, which is nice to sleep by. But it only really can make a difference with the door closed, so it is not so powerful. This is probably the only reason I didn't give the apartment 5 stars.... (most Lima apartments do no have ANY air conditioning.) Thanks Linder & Miguel for great service and a nice stay in spite of the crises happening in Lima during our time there. Would recommend to friends/colleagues (already have).

Good Location Efficient Security

This is a very nice building. It is very clean and secure. It is convenient to shopping and transportation. The condo is pretty much as pictured. The master bedroom was the only one with air conditioning. The rest of our family found the second bedroom very uncomfortable and they left after two nights and checked into a hotel. The kitchen is equipped with the necessities but could use more wine glasses and coffee mugs. There was a musty smell in all closets and drawers which should be aired out before guests arrive. The bathroom mats were pretty dirty. Linder and Miguel were most responsive to our requests. When we needed more towels, Miguel came over right away. The two pools are great and there is a gym. My one piece of advice if you stay here is make sure someone with you speaks Spanish. The security people do not speak English. Peru is their country and I made sure I studied Spanish so that I could communicate well. If you want a good location in the center of things, this is a nice place to stay.

Great location and well equipped apartment

We had an amazing time at Pardo. Area is safe and building has great security. All amenities offered and great views of the city. It was awesome to have a washer/dryer onsite. I would just recommend to place another AC unit in the other room since it was too hot to sleep there. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely consider it for my next visit.
