Honest review

My stay was really good. The staff were the best. The room it was ok. The mattress was a bit hard and made with springs. No foam topper. There was black mold on the top corner which was not good. There was no free coffee in the morning. The location was great.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Neo Boutique Hotel in Lima! The hotel was cozy, modern, and well-maintained. The staff, especially Catherine, was so friendly and helpful. She was always cheerful and willing to answer any questions I had, and she even helped me book tours and activities around the city. I highly recommend Neo Boutique Hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lima!

The staff and the service was great. Breakfast was decent. The room was a little small but well decorated. The hotel is well decorated on the interior. The hotel is also only about 10 minutes from Miraflores. I removed a star because the rooftop bar was not even up and running. They should notify potential customers on their website that the rooftop bar will not be open. Also I removed a star due to the prices of the laundry. I got a jacket, some underwear, a couple pairs of socks, 2 pairs of pants, and a couple of shirts washed and the total came to $40 USD. There's no reason that the laundry price should almost be the price of a room.

Overall very disappointing

Disappointing stay for our last night in Peru. We were given rooms on the ground floor opposite reception, which meant we could hear other guests entering & leaving all day and night, as well as usual reception activities. We were also near the kitchen/restaurant so had noise from there. There was no water available for free - the only place i saw this during 2 weeks in Peru - and a small bottle of water cost $4...which is a lot. In the morning we discovered we had no hot water, so we had to go upstairs to an empty room to use the shower there. I thought we might get the water offered to us for free as an apology for the hot water...but no. The location was also not very convenient, it was a long way to get to more lively parts of the city. The bed was very comfortable, but i wouldn't recommend this for any other reason.

Biggest disappointment ever

I have never felt more cheated by a hotel in my entire life. This was a disaster almost across the board. The only saving grace was the breakfast. The room was downright terrible! 90% of the room was taken up by the bed, not leaving a single place to put our luggage. The room had literally no place to hang a towel or anything really. That wasn’t even the worst part. The worst part was the ventilation, or lack there of. How do you design a room without proper ventilation? Taking a shower meant creating a wet sauna out the tiny room. The only “air duct” was a small window in the bathroom and a window in the bedroom. That was clearly not enough as the whole room was constantly humid with water condensation forming on the every wall and piece of ceiling. Disgusting! I could go on with the shitty service as well, but why bother? Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else. Not worth the money at all. I don’t really understand how it has the reviews it has.

Très bel hôtel, excellent service, mais...

Bel hotel boutique situé dans le quartier de San Isidro. Excellent emplacement avec de nombreuses options de restauration et shopping. Le service est impeccable tant au restaurant qu'à la réception. Petit-déjeuner à la carte savoureux et varié. L'hôtel dispose d'un joli rooftop avec bar et restaurant. Le seuls bémols de cet hôtel sont la taille des chambres et le bruit. On peut à peine circuler dans la chambre tellement elle est petite! De plus, les chambres donnent sur la court centrale et on entend tous les bruits du restaurant à partir de 7h.

Highly recommend

Great little boutique style hotel. There are only a small amount of rooms but they are well maintained and appointed and very reasonably priced for what is provided! The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area near to a park with a few bars and restaurants within walking distance and most tourist sights also easily accessible. Staff are very helpful and attentive and any issues or requests were always dealt with very promptly and professionally and with a smile on the face. Breakfast menu is limited but of very good quality and cooked fresh to order each morning. I am vegan so that offered the chef a different challenge. In response a special menu was prepared with several options...all of which I tried during my stay and all were of high quality. On my first night stay as well a complimentary meal was given in the room. This was also very good and very unexpected and a very nice touch! I would recommend this as a great base to explore Lima and I would stay here again when visiting again.

Cute small hotel in San Isidro. Staff only Spanish speaking but are absolutely wonderful and do try to figure out what we attempted to speak on our limited Spanish and Spanglish. Excellent breakfast every morning. Rooms are small but sufficient for short stays.

The last leg of a longer trip. Wonderful location, hotel, and options. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and stylish. I appreciate the hotel staffs efforts in facilitating the coordination of airport transfers, direction, and general demeanor. Helpful to a fault.
