No se lo recomiendo a nadie, todas las cosas de mala calidad, el baño tiene un olor feisimo, el control de la TV estaba roto y no quisieron cambiarlo, el control de la cochera no funcionaba. De verdad que fue una mala experiencia y no quisieron hacer ningún tipo de reembolso, jamás alquilen departamentos de Wynwood.

Horrible wynwood lo peor que existe

Pésimo wynwood no contestó mensajes estuve en el frío esperando que respondieran a recepcionista y a mi. Ellos culpan a Expedia. Dicen que ustedes no les enviaron mis datos de contacto. Son falsos y mentirosos ofrecen parking y no tienen. No dormí ahí. Uds no deben poner alojamientos tipo Airbnb en su web. Yo busco hoteles, sino me iría a Airbnb. No me gusta Airbnb porque al llegar son novatos qué hay que hacer registro fotos por WhatsApp. No es como un hotel que atienden directo mejor y con cochera en las instalaciones. Pésimo wynwood, amanecí enfermo por estar ayer en el frío al no poder ingresar al alojamiento. Denunciare a wynwood. Espero ustedes los sancionen por mentirosos dicen tener parking y no tienen. Dicen que uds no les dieron mis datos. Salvo que sea cierto que ustedes tienen responsabilidad.

First, let me say if you get an email from this company asking for your credit card number, ignore it. Expedia contacted them and they said it was sent by mistake, then told me later they had been hacked. hmm. Building is very nice (check out the rooftop area, nicer than the pictures) and apartment is very nice and clean. However the location is on this large open area (sports field) surrounded by other high rises at the intersection of two major roads. So although I was on the 14th floor, it felt like I was lying next to a highway. Unbelievable road noise for that high up. There's no heating/cooling so for ventilation there is a vent open to the front of the building...ah road noise. It is about a 10 min walk from the nice part of Barranco (the part you want to be in). Also, don't ask for a late check out or they will charge you...difference between a corporate run unit and individually owned. Nice apartment and well kept but I would stay somewhere else if I returned.

Unless you want to be stranded in the streets of Lima without any help whatsoever, DO NOT RENT THIS!!!!! worst experience in my life, even tho I was 4 hours early for my check in, they assured me my luggage would be taken in for storage, when I got there they said that could not be done and was left literally on the streets of lima with nowhere to go, I had to book a different hotel, neither travelocity or the hotel will help you, they were rude and at one point even told me the floor where my room was located could not be accessed, they do not care about you they just want to take your money and had the audacity to offer me a $25 voucher. I was confused and scared in a foreign city with 5 bags of luggage and left to fend for myself

It was fine

Pros: nice view. Full kitchen.two bathrooms. Cool neighborhood. Washer/dryer Cons: didn’t feel clean. No detergent for washer. Requested passport documents while we were flying and ended up having to use most of my data to provide the information. It would have been nice if they requested it before the day we arrived. When we arrived at the apartment building the front desk couldn’t find our information and it took forever. I think they are on several platforms and it was organized.

Sole south america trip

Great apartment, very comfortable and spacious. Convenient location to grocery shop and park. Fairly easy walk in to Miraflores and outdoor shopping centre. Check-in took forever, had issues with info being transmitted by email prior to arrival, think issue more with wording from Hotels.com than the tenant. After that tenant was very helpful providing info and assistance. Only real thing I did not like or understand was the limited use of the pool and hot tub. Had to reserve through host, hope it was available, and limited to to 2 in a week. Seemed confusing and unnecessary. A reason we pick places with this amenity is so that we can actually use them.
