Great stay as always
It is always a pleasure staying at the Dom Hotel, staff are friendly and efficient, breakfast is lovely and plentiful, rooms clean and comfortable. I’m sure I will come back!

Prima hotel, maar zonder gymroom
Prachtig hotel met ruime kamer (hoog plafond). Uitstekend ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Ik had deze locatie echter uitgekozen omdat er een gymroom zou zijn, maar dat is niet in het gebouw zelf: ze werken samen met een sportschool dat 5 min lopen er vandaan is. Ja dat was niet de bedoeling!

We like to stay there when in and around Limburg. It is located in the middle of the center and you can basically walk anywhere. Meloni’s (super nice local breakfast / wine / Aporol) or Batzewert (German beer traditional German food) are basically on the other side of the street, 30 seconds walking distance. Showers are a bit small pending on room. Rooms have AC, in case the fresh air is not cooling you down enough.

Great hotel - highly recommend it
The hotel is well situated with friendly staff and they try to please their guests. The only area to improve is the fact that the hotel number is answered by a call centre and not by the hotel itself Lovely picturesque village
Taken from outside the hotel. Highly recommend the Italian wine bar Cafe Meloni across the road

Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, man ist direkt in der Altstadt und kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Zum Bahnhof läuft man ca. 10 Minuten. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, die Zimmer gemütlich und das Frühstück einfach klasse.

Insgesamt prima, aber in der aktuellen Situation fällt ein wiederkehrendes Problem in Hotels auf. Bis die erträgliche Wassertemperatur erreicht ist, wird viel (in diesem Fall sogar Heiß-) Wasser verschwendet. Der Hebel der Mischarmatur musste nahezu auf „kalt“ gestellt werden, bis es passte.

Enter the hotel after hours
Stay was excellent, my only issue was when i arrived at 23.00 which they new there was no night porter. It took me 2 hours to get in via phone calls x 10 and the intercom x 7. When i did get in i couldnt find the key safe which they said was behind the reception desk. After searching for for part of the two hours i found it opposite the lift enterance. I had travelled for 12 hours and this was the last thing i wanted. Other than that the receptionist in the morning apologies loads of times, which it wasnt her fault were excellent and couldnt fault them.

I have sent a message to the hotel but they never reply back. The stay wasn’t as I expected it to be. me and my kids couldn’t sleep all night with the noise in the room and also the bell from the church which was going on every 5 minutes. My kids had a competition to go to so they needed a good sleep but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. They were so tired in the morning and suffered with headaches all day due to lack of sleep. I will not stay at that hotel again. The price was very expensive too so it’s not worth it.
