「We stayed at Old Alloway for a long weekend as part of our first-ever book club retreat—and it was a complete success. The house is absolutely stunning, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were nothing short of breathtaking, and the peaceful, secluded setting made it feel like a true escape. Yet, we were only 10 minutes from the heart of Bathurst, which made exploring the local area easy and enjoyable. We thoroughly loved our stay and couldn’t recommend Old Alloway...

Although only 3 teaspoons!As a group of retirees, and a couple that could not do stairs, it would have been good to have a floor plan available showing bedroom configs, so we could plan who slept where. Verbal description did help, but a plan would have made it easier.Overall excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay.」

「What a great property. We were a group of 6 ladies and we wanted a 6 bedroom house so we each had our own room. It is a 6 bedroom house although 1 of the bedrooms was through a sliding door from the house with glass doors being end of may it was freezing and unfortunately we couldn't use that room. So 2 ladies had to stay in 1 room with 2 single beds. We travel together once a year and always rent a house to accommodate all of us and the houses always have the basic food left for us ie tea...
