Great location with walking distance to all the sights and lots of options for meals. We had a great dinner at Spitjacks 1 block from the hotel. King John’s Castle was a 15 minute walk. The staff were great and accommodating. We had the family suite (room 306), which was very large and beds were comfortable (2 twin, 1 king). We opted for the breakfast in the morning, which was excellent ($19 euro for adults, $15 for kids). It was nice not having a breakfast buffet and the service was excellent. Parking was across the street with a discounted rate of $12 euro. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located which is nice. Our room was clean when we got there which is guess is all that matters and the staff were nice but basically useless. My requests went unmet, our shower was freezing, like ice bath cold. I requested it be fixed and it never was so we have been taking cold showers for three days. I requested/was offered a surprise for my daughter’s birthday and it was forgotten. The walls are very thin as well, so you hear everything going on outside your door. We went to the restaurant, it was expensive and not very good as well. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful but not worth the price l.
