This charming 70 m² house in Limerzel can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a pretty 28 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 104 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- A 28 m² living room with sofa bed, TV and fireplace.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine...
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1, upstairs: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2, upstairs: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and heated towel rail
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A 104 m² enclosed garden with trees.
- A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally located in Limerzel, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market and the marina...
