“The good: The communication was great after I reserved the property which made me feel good about reserving online. The location was great for our needs as well which is a big part of why I chose it. The kitchen was well equipped if you need one and it had a full size fridge which was nice.The not so good: The property itself was just ok. I thought the pictures made it seem more updated than it actually was. The ceiling fan was completely covered in thick dust that made me think it was just a “……

“The Groovy Mermaid is an exceptional rental that had everything we needed and more. We very much appreciated the local Left Coast coffee bags to make a mini pot of coffee before we headed out for our day. The rental was clean, well maintained, and cute as heck! I really appreciated having enough towels, and a comfortable bed for my birthday beach vacation. And of course... the million dollar view! We would absolutely book this rental again! Perfect location. Just a note- this is on the third……

“The pictures were a bit deceiving. The properties condition was quite outdated. The pictures made it look much nicer than it was. I didn’t get a notification of the spa being broke down until I booked the room with no refund. The room next-door had a notification from the sheriffs department that it was being condemned and all the items inside were being auctioned off. The jackhammer that started outside of our room on the final day (at 8 am) was the cherry on top of our crappy experience here.……

“Great view and close to restaurant, grocery and bar.”

“Overall was good. Need to have a box or two of tissues in the condo. Liquid soap for bathroom or a soap dish to hold the bar of soap. In the pre-checkin email, specify the guest lock box is the top one if there are two code boxes showing. Make it more obvious which is the guest one. The hide a bed mattress is so worn out, very uncomfortable. Maybe just have an air mattress available. ”

“Beautiful ocean view! So close to the beach and easy access. We did have a hard time finding a place to park a couple of times.”

“Overall the stay was outstanding! We were able to have our 2 dogs with us in the pet-friendly room. There was some confusion when reading through the Vrbo posting and policies but it worked out. The communication was easy and quick. The room itself was good, as it was a pet-friendly room, stains were to be expected. The rooms don’t stink which was a highlight. We enjoyed the balcony. Unfortunately we had a neighbor who would leave their dogs unattended and they barked every time we would enter……

“Clean, nice great location”

“My five day retreat at Sea Bluff, a lovely appointed studio for two people, created such a peaceful calming to my soul. All of my needs were provided for in the well equipped kitchen. The bedroom faces a glass door, which encapsulates the ocean, while the queen bed was extra comfy complete with extra pillows. The bathroom has a lovely, clean shower which was welcomed after a day on the beach, which is easily accessed from the studio.The beauty of the mighty Pacific Ocean outside the sliding……
