“Room was not clean. There was toothpaste smeared in the bathroom and a sticky spill on the bedside table. The other issue with the room is when all the lights are off, the blinking smoke detector light is extremely bright… like a small strobe light in the room making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise the room would have been great being new and up to date.
We loved the gym area, the lobby and the free snacks from 530-7. We did order the kitchen bar food late one night for dinner and would not……

“I booked a deluxe king room, but I failed to see what was deluxe about it. Some of the photos show a bathtub in the bathroom but our room had only a shower. The vent fan didn't work. One of the main reason we stayed here was because of the rooftop bar but upon our arrival we discovered that the bar was booked for a private venue. The only good part of our stay was the staff, they were very friendly. The room was also clean. ”

“Excellent place to stay in the downtown /haymarket area. Parking was no issue as we used the adjacent parking structure. It was safe to walk around the Haymarket at night and excellent restaurants were a block away. The room was comfortable. We would stay again”

“We planned for a refrigerator and were disappointed. Room was ok but probably should not have been that expensive. We had to get help to fix the TV as it wasn’t working. Not sure if we would take a chance on a room again.
