Good but no very little hot water in showers

Overall good but very little hot water for showers. Had to stagger showers to slow enough. Tried to contact the owner but no response.

Musty, damp, thermostat locked, customer service lacking

Place seemed not lived in, musty, bathroom smelled terribly like urone, damp. AC could not be turned up, seemed locked. Humid. Some light fixtures didn’t work. Called customer service, they offered a can of Lysol, useless. No hair dryer like it said they had.
