Each unit has two spaces right in front of the unit. Any additional vehicles must be parked in areas between buildings or in designated visitor parking spots so as not to interfere with traffic. OVERFLOW PARKING IS NOT GUARANTEED- cars parked in other unit owner spaces will be towed
The Lincoln Station Homeowners Association (HOA) Board of Directors established these rules and regulations to promote a peaceful, well-maintained, and enjoyable community for all residents. It is intended to protect the value, appearance, and integrity of our buildings and grounds. Renters are expected to review and comply with the rules outlined herein, as full adherence helps ensure a positive living environment for everyone in the community. 1. Conduct: Renters are expected to treat the property, common areas, and grounds with care and respect. Everyone plays a part in maintaining a peaceful, respectful, and welcoming environment for all residents. 2. Minimum Renter Age: Primary renters and tenants must be at least 25 years old. 3. Speed Limit: All vehicles must adhere to the area speed limit of 10 mph. 4. Parking: Limited to a maximum of two (2) vehicles parked directly in front of the unit. Overflow or guest parking areas are not available for renter use. Parking is not permitted in any nonpaved areas or units adjacent to the unit being rented. Parking is not permitted for RVs, campers, boats, snowmobiles, trailers, or similar vehicles anywhere on Lincoln Station property. All vehicles must be moved when necessary to allow for snow removal from in front of the unit. Cars can temporarily (no more than 30 minutes) be moved to areas in front of other units or in overflow areas while the plow is actively clearing snow from in front of the unit. 5. Noise & Conduct: Excessive noise must be avoided at all times, regardless of the hour, and must be kept to a minimum, including music, television, conversations, and other activities that may disturb neighbors. Disruptive or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. 6. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am.
