Idyllic apartment in the countryside with west-facing balcony, parking space (wallbox) and bicycle room.

Our idyllic attic apartment for 2 to 4 people is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a prime location in Lindau, with excellent amenities.

The free parking space for the vacation rental is right in front of the house, and a wallbox for charging electric cars is also available. A lockable bike storage room with e-bike wallboxes rounds out the amenities.

Of course, we provide towels and bed linens. The spacious kitchen-living room with direct access to the 25 m² southwest-facing balcony is sure to delight every guest. Two cozy bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and many extras make the apartment perfect for a relaxing stay.

The apartment is surrounded by green spaces and offers a view of the garden as well as its own south-facing balcony. Enjoy the beautiful distant view and, if conditions permit, a breathtaking mountain view.

The new “Therme Lindau” is only about 2.5 km away and invites you to enjoy an unforgettable day right on the lake with mountain views.

A bus stop is located only about 70 m away, the nearest bakery is about 600 m away, and Lindau Island and the lake are about 2.5 km away.

The visitor’s tax must be paid on site (3.30 euros per day per person / 2 euros for children ages 6–16).

From April 1 through October 15, you can use the Stadtwerke Lindau buses for free with the Lindau Guest Card.

Please note that starting in 2026, the bathroom will no longer have a window.
