「This place was not bad and it had what we needed. It was useful to laundry facilities which we used a couple of times. It’s in a pretty good location and was quiet and reasonably comfortable if a little basic. We had a problem checking in because the message we received on Stayz had an 」

「We enjoyed our stay. The area was safe and family friendly and very convenient to subway access. Communication and response time with the host was amazing. The sleeping accommodations were adequate but could be improved. Outside of the bed in the bedroom (which was not the most comfortable), other sleeping accommodations were futon conversion or air mattress. It was nice that the host stocked basics in the kitchen and access to the laundry was a plus.」

「It was a place to stay. Wouldn’t advise using this place unless you take pictures of everything when you get there and when you leave. We were accused of taking 2 luggage stands and breaking a lock. We used them and left them there. We didn’t have room in our car to take them since we had 6 people and luggage to the top. Really. As for the lock. We didn’t even see one. We were there for a funeral and only slept there at night. No parties and didn’t even go out the back. Good luck with future...

「The property was as stated in the VRBO listing. The host was totally attentive, helpful and accommodating. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice. It was definitely a no worries stay at your apartment. Several restaurants nearby, convenience stores, pharmacy and a nice park right across the street. Four blocks to the bus which takes you to the subway into Manhattan! Its was a great experience. Thank you so much!」
