「Bathroom wasn’t clean, heat didn’t work and when we ran out of toilet paper (which was never stocked because we were there for 30 minutes before it ran out) they didn’t bring up tissue until the next morning. They provided us with a cheap blanket due to the room being cold. Never staying here again. On a lighter note the assistant manager was helpful the next morning at check out.」

「The staff was super-friendly and inviting. I couldn't stop talking about how charming this place was, nestled right in the shadow of the Trop. Our room was very clean, and bathroom toiletries were provided. We enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast before we departed on Sunday. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends.」

「Me and my bestie needed a night out so we came here and boy oh boy it was a vibe!! Room were clean, check in was quick, staff helpful and friendly and a in door pool on the property, parking was the lowest I’ve pay in a long time, highly recommended」

「The hotel has rooms that people are staying long term. They have signs in their windows saying "by all means, do not knock on the door." It was loud all night. Yelling and banging. Someone even knocked on the bathroom window while we were there. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the microwave was missing a knob to set the heat. The door to the room locked, but to be honest needed another lock for security. We passed many homeless and strung out people on the walk to the boardwalk. 」
