"We had an amazing stay at Westgate Town Center! Everything about our visit was great, and my family and I truly had the best time. The resort was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for making family memories. We enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back again in December. Highly recommend!"

"I did not get what I paid for: I booked and paid for a 1 bedroom suite but I was placed in a studio without any explanation. The front desk clerk took more than 20 minutes to check me in (the longest wait I've every experienced) and this doesn't include the time spent waiting for him to check in the person before me. I was surprised when I got to the room but I didn't want to return to the front desk to spend another 20 + minutes to have my room changed since I was on a busy schedule."

"A nice property however the unit we were assigned was right at the front and had really dated furniture -although the beds were very comfortable. The unit had an odor when we walked in the door which we think was the garbage disposal. We were not really aware that you need a golf cart to get around or a car, but that the golf carts had a wait list. We were required to dispose of our trash but had to walk forever to find a trash receptacle which then sounded alarms when we disposed our trash. A confusing situation. "

"Everything was super nice, breakfast had great options, pool was very nice and loved using the hot tubs! Only thing I didn’t like was at 8am a worker was using loud tools to cut down Palm tree branches, otherwise amazing and will for sure stay again!"

"As soon as I entered the building there was a nice refreshing smell. The hotel was clean. I love the floors, no carpet, which was good since I have bad allergies. The staff was great."

"We love staying here and have done for 12 trips so far, however this time the allocation of house wasn’t in our favour as we had a small plot backing onto a wall with a road on it. The houses were also far to closely packed together so it made for a lot of neighbour noise to. House was fine although could have done with some TLC to. Usually they are mint and on a sensibly sized plot but not this time. Also the site was hosting a large religious event over 2 weeks across Easter which literally took over the site, facilities etc. really they should block book the entire site for the festival goers as it made for a struggle at times, or at least put it on the website so yo can avoid those 2 weeks if you want a quieter experience."
