We enjoyed Egan's (after dinner drinks and music)and McHugh's (great dinner) very close to house (need to drive there) We went for a swim on the way out of town and wished we could have stayed longer. Found a local taxi driver/regional expert Jaredth/Earl. I can't say enough about him. ”

“House was in an ideal location for Doolin/Cliffs of Moher. Pubs, shops, restaurants all within walking distance. The hosts were simply the best. They stocked the pantry prior to arriving which was a bonus! Communication with the host was quick, as we had many questions , answers came right away. Checkin and checkout simple. It does have a castle view and the Ocean is quite close. The Cliffs of Moher walking/hiking trail is just next to the driveway. Great for our larger group.”

“The cottage was absolutely perfect for our two week stay. We loved not having a TV and spent two whole weeks almost completely unplugged. There is no oven but we planned on dinner out most nights anyways. There were pots and pans to manage a breakfast or a grilled sandwich. The place is walking distance to the village which has several options for food and we loved Green’s pub. I highly recommend Monk’s for dinner! Highly recommend!!”

“Our first trip to Ireland and our first stay and it did not disappoint! Well, the weather could have been better. The house is perfect and Raymond was quick to answer any questions we had. “We loved our stay in Doolin! These lodges were a perfect home base for exploring this area. We visited the Cliffs of Moher, the Aran Islands, the Burren. Our lodge was so close to the Cliffs of Moher, we even went twice, because the cliffs are so beautiful, we couldn’t get enough. There are lots of pubs and places to eat nearby, and the lodge itself is equipped with everything for cooking.
