Such a sweet and cute property! My husband and I spent two nights here and both were lovely. The area is quiet and friendly. There are lots of cute reading nooks and a garden. Definitely check out the sitting room if you’re looking for a spot to take some great photos. We arrived late due to some travel issues, but someone was there to help us with our bags and room even at the late hour. Highly recommend the oatmeal for breakfast, 10/10. The only issues we had were some of the outlets didn’t work in the room and the blow dryer also didn’t work. But these were all very minor issues for us, as the service was amazing. We were able to get some great ideas for things to do around the area from the staff, so make sure to ask them if you want some catered advice.

I recently stayed at Royal Spa and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. The first impression was far from what was advertised online. The photos on the website showed a clean, modern, and welcoming environment, but the reality was starkly different. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by the state of the carpet. This was a significant letdown, as the online pictures had depicted a pristine and well-kept space. The bathroom was equally problematic. The towels provided were dingy and felt unclean, adding to the overall sense of discomfort. In addition to the poor room conditions, the Wi-Fi connection was weak and unreliable, which was a major inconvenience for someone trying to work during their stay. Overall, my stay at Royal Spa was far below expectations. The discrepancy between the online presentation and the actual condition of the hotel was significant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.

It has an old feeling about it. Like it was grand once upon a time and is fading. A little if the facility wasn’t open. Bar, grounds a locked up. Parking in run down gravel lot behind building. You enter it through a blind gate. Very difficult to pull out of safely.

Lovely hotel a bit dated but we didn’t mind no lift but in fairness I think there is only one floor very clean but some of the furnishings didn’t match 2 different bedside lamps need to up the anti for bar food but the breakfast was lovely and fab staff too
