「Overall, it was a very nice hotel. My complaints would include the karaoke bar next door was very loud and open until very late (2 am). It would have been nice to know this beforehand. The water temperature in the shower took constant adjustments or the temperature went up and down significantly. Even with the above complaints, I enjoyed the stay there and would potentially stay there again.」

「The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game).」

「We have just returned home after a wonderful stay at Bogoria House. The location is fantastic, very peaceful, however has so many lovely restaurants and bars just a few steps away. You have main square in one direction and Wawel Castle in the other, both being a few minutes walk away, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. 「A really beautiful Krakow in a great location. The rooms feel modern and clean. Great shower and comfortable bed. It feels very luxurious and it's priced very well.
A huge thanks to the wonderful reception staff member Franek. I woke up feeling very unwell one morning and came down to reception for assistance. The kindness and support I received is something I'll never forget. He is truly a wonderful human being.」
