Great birthday trip
This house worked great for us as we needed to be close to Valrico. It is a ways from Tampa and those activities. It is a short distance to Brandon where there's all the shopping and restaurants you really could want. We were looking for a place to have a f amily visit and it was great for that. Nice back porch and yard. Wish we could have used the excellent fire pit set up but we didn't get a chance to do that! We did have everyone over for a cookout and used the hot tubThe beds were comfortable and there was really every comfort you might need. Can't say that about a lot of places I've stayed! Nice comfortable size conversation areas and dining setup. Kitchen was large enough for 3 of us to be in there at once cooking. The check in process was simple as was the check out. Owners checked on us the day after check in to make sure all was well. For our purposes, this property was perfect and we would definitely stay again. Thanks!
