「Unfortunately I have to condense my review to 1500 character and am writing this on behalf of my mother. I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint and welcoming property. It was a perfect location for our time in Newport, just 15 minutes from the beach. Phil was an excellent host, incredibly responsive and attentive. Very comfortable beds as well. We’d stay there again. 」

「The place just didn’t seem clean. It wreaked or Fabuloso. We were told to not block the driveway, but someone else blocked it, so we had to walk don the block just to get on the sidewalk. I slept in my clothes afraid to look at the sheets underneath the covers afraid to see what I would see. Worse than a Motel 6. 」
