“A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.”

“I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night. We arrived about 4pm, unpacked the car and had a Quick Look……

“Beautiful modern apartment close to the water and train station. A wonderful owner who helped us in every possible way. The only downside is that we expected at least a gas pump, as every time we travel, and we only found a microwave, it was sad. In addition, as an asthmatic, I had to clean up the dust myself, which clearly wasn't cleaned for a long time, because such amounts of dust are not even after a week. “Unterkunft sehr gut. Einzelne Zimmer, sehr sauber und freundlich. Küche und Bad alles da was man braucht. Leider kein Aufzug, mit schwerem Gepäck etwas mühsam. Gute Lage in Nähe Bahnhof und Busbahnhof. Prompte Kommunikation zur Verwaltung, sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
