“Exceeded my expectations … it’s a quirky but cozy studio condo that more than met my expectations and needs … ”

“Issues checking in. The place was not ready for guests at check-in time. We were told by the neighbor/cleaner we couldn’t check in until “maybe 8pm” despite the check in instructions stating it would be ready at 4:30pm. The place wasn’t cleaned, I was told they would issue a refund of the cleaning fee, that didn’t happen.Not much communication prior or after. The place was really nice ”

“Properly was not ready at check-in. Properties management gave me a visa gift card to compensate. There was a party the night before my check-in. There was a late check out before my check-in. Some items were broken. The trash bags and toilet tissue were out and were dropped off later. There was an internet outage for most of the day. The house and landscaped yard were beautiful and new. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was lovely. I would stay there again just to see if it could get better.”

“The home was located in a nice peaceful neighborhood. It was close to many stores and restaurants. The cleanliness of the home was very nice, all amenities provided were greatly appreciated and better than expected. I would love to rent this property again if it's available when we come back to Myrtle Beach.”
