Surprised after arrival I was charged extra 82.00$ just in case of damage to room or in case I stole something. There was nothing to steal in that room no extra toilet paper or extra towels refund they said if the room had no damage when we left. Beds were good clean So I’m waiting for the refund to appear on my credit card. This total system of things is broken!! Sad for honest people who feel taken advantage of. 😂

There was no staff when I arrived. And when he got there he gave us a room with someone in there. When we went back he said that he wasn’t sure if the other room was clean so he was gonna check it. We ended up leaving due to the poor service. I don’t blame the young man but u blame whoever the head boss is for leaving him so uninformed. Do not recommend.

The photos are very misleading. Our room had dirty walls, gaps in the floor molding with small bugs wandering in and out from the gaps, our shower had no curtain on it, stains on our sheets and towels, and at least three other residents tried opening our room door. This place was very strange and felt quite unsafe.

When we first got to our room we found marijuana on the table then noticed the tv power cable was missing along with the cable box. Then got to the bed and the sheets was very dirty and had hair from the last people still on the bed. Then at about 11:30 pm that night the staff woke us up knocking on the door to see who was in the room. Now that we’re home we’re having trouble getting the deposit back. Would not recommend..
