"For an expensive property it was not nice"

"I'm very disappointed in the dishonesty of this hotel. When we arrived the person checking us in gave us a parking pass along with our room keys. I informed him we had pets so I signed the pet fee waiver. The parking pass had no information to imply the parking wasnt included nor were we told when we checked in that it would be an add on (unlike the pet fee which we had to sign for). We went in and out of that lot at least 10 times and did not see any signage. Come to check out we were charged 160$ extra for parking. When I emailed the woman said it was in the fine print but why wasnt there an authorize charge request like with the pet fee or with say room service. You can "fine print" me all you want but its pretty sneaky and dishonest to give your guests a parking pass without informing them of the charge. Even the 4$ bottle of water in the room is clearly stated the price. Also the room we reserved was not available so we had to be downgraded to one with no outdoor space which was annoying because agian we reserved it for our pets. All I'm expecting from a business is transparency. They lable the bottled water, pet fee, room service ect with pricing. Why not parking?"

"Overall was nice but the staff for checking in was annoying. The one girl that had helped with check in was rude but there was someone texting to confirm we liked our room which was very nice"

"It is a fairly nice place. A bit run down, but not badly, nor does it affect your stay. Unless you are stuck up on those things. I do wish someone would pick up all the garbage that swirls around the parking lot though. It kinda looks bad. Otherwise, this was a good stay. It is close to everything. Including a taco place just across the road. And the price was good too. Way better than the roach motel across the highway for a dollar less..."

"Nice stay. It was only a 15 minute drive from the Pasadena convention center. It had free parking which doesn't exist in Pasadena. The hotel was beautiful and clean. It also costed less than hotels in Pasadena. Would I stay again? Absolutely without a doubt. The area surrounding it was clean and lots of places to eat too. Overall great experience"

"Front Desk staffer JOEL was pleasant and patient. Non-stick pans should be removed from Kitchen Kit. Dog Friendly with bags and trash bins."
