This 2,730 square foot home has 4-bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa. This house has everything you need for your Lake Gaston vacation! The private waterfront vacation destination has all the amenities of home - and MORE. A giant screened in porch overlooking the lake can host your dinners and evening cocktail hour. A large downstairs recreation room is great for keeping the kids occupied in the evenings or on rainy days with ping pong table, Pac Man machine, TV, and many many books, games and puzzles! A newly built 1,200 sf boat house is there for your enjoyment. Stay cool in covered areas but also space for prime sun bathing. A large bar with a mini-fridge on the dock for daytime delights.

Bring your boat! There are two private boat ramps for you to use in Eaton Ferry Estates. You can then dock your water vehicles conveniently at our private boat house while you vacation at Sunset Cove Lake House.

You will love this peaceful cove, but the main lake is just seconds away. Located one cove away from Eaton Ferry Bridge, you can drive to lakefront restaurants or boat right over to enjoy dinner and live music. Food Lion, ABC store, Lake Gaston Coffee, Jenny Cakes at the Lake, Lake Gaston Pizza, Overby Marina, AE Wake Rentals, and much more just minutes away!!

Annual Gaston Fishing Trip
4 old fishing buddies stayed 4 days and had a great time. This lake house and the boat are terrific. Valerie is the perfect host and she didn't mind coming and helping out when I couldn't figure out the digital lock. The house was clean and well appointed and Valerie pays attention to detail. The boat house and dock were perfect for evening conversations. We are booking for. Ext year...... don't take our week. Lol

Lake house on quiet cove
The huge back porch and boat house were perfect for enjoying the relaxing lake life. House was stocked with everything you need. We've been doing our annual fishing trip for years and this was our favorite house.

Absolutely amazing home
Beautiful home with incredible views. Multiple outside locations to relax with a beverage of your choice. All furniture very comfortable and a well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of entertainment to occupy all ages. Video game, ping pong, and board games. If you are going to the Littleton area you will not regret staying here. Infact, it will choice you won't regret.

Awesome Property on a quiet inlet
Very clean and beautifully decorated site. Kitchen was well stocked although it would have been nice to have a cutting board and a liquid measuring cup. Kudos for the large ice maker. Beds were comfortable. Dock, porch and patio areas were lovely. The welcome bag was a pleasant surprise! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to anyone!

The house was lovely and cozy. The open downstairs was a great space as was the patio for a fire and the boat house to relax and enjoy the water. The large porch I bet is great in warmer weather. The house was well stocked and cared for. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect spot!
We came to meet family that lives in Virginia. We have never visited Lake Gaston. I live in Florida. The house was so comfortable and had wonderful, comfortable beds, a great kitchen and of course, the outside deck with large table was perfect for family dinner. My grandson caught his first fish off the dock we had an amazing weekend. We will be back and we so appreciate Valerie the property manager she is on point.
