「My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. Roberta went out of her way to replace the packnplay that was provided at the property to provide a safer one and that was greatly appreciated. Some of the sleepers aren’t in the best conditions, but aside from that, I highly recommend staying here!」

「Perfect place for our get together. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Probably the cleanest vrbo that I have ever stayed in. It had everything that we needed, except that I would have loved a tv in each bedroom. On the minus side, the paintwork in the bathrooms needs a little attention. These are minor issues though because we had a great stay.」

「We were in Yuba City for a wedding. This is a very nice property in good condition, with an excellent back yard for relaxing with friends and family. Communication with the host was easy, the location was safe, quiet, and very convenient to everywhere we needed to go (including lots of restaurants, shopping, and so forth), with good covered offstreet parking. 「We booked our stay and paid in full March 19 to check in May 16th at 5 o’clock. Was told by the property owner at 4 o’clock that they never got the reservation and that the property was under Repair. We were there for Chico State graduation, so every hotel was booked and the prices were through the roof. We also rented a facility a block away from the VRBO for the graduation party Saturday. What a complete disaster. Customer service was ridiculous. Still have not heard back or gotten a phone...
