Tired Property, Not Up to Hyatt Standards
Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level ...

Champions league night
I got to see epic barca vs inter in the room live. Great Close to train station. Downsides: u will hear the loud train announcements( but i don't find annoying) If you are hungry to walk to 24hr Mcdonald. The restaurant is quite busy at night. Don't have chance to try Overall good.

Room and corridors were a bit dated. The corridors I’m assuming were meant to be like that but expected more from the rooms, considering meant to be 5*. The palm court was great but expensive but to be expected and staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was spotless, staff were amazing and overall an incredible experience. The Maya Blue thermal suite was also lovely. I will be coming back again soon!
