Buttercup Cottage Halsall

Very welcoming hosts in a quiet rural location. The star feature for us was the incredible indoor heated pool complex which we had sole use of during the day. The cottage had lots of character and proved to be a very enjoyable stay.

Cute property but only comfortable seating for 3 Side table legs wobbly. If only 2 adults they would struggle to remove and replace the pool cover. But well worth the effort. Steps in to and out of house, also steps to get in to pool building. Would book again.

Beautiful cottage

Loved my stay here cottage was clean, warm and cosy, the hosts were very friendly and made me feel incredibly welcome and of course the swimming pool was amazing. Overall wonderful stay!!

Fabulous cottage in a beautiful setting, very well equipped with everything that you would need. Owners are fantastic too, left us a lovely welcome basket with lots of treats and they provided lots of very helpful information about the local area. We had an amazing meal in the Saracens Head pub just down the road. The cottage would be perfect on its own but then you have this amazing pool, jacuzzi and sauna to use in the grounds!!
