「Alles was prima. De kamer was zeer netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien en mooi gedecoreerd. Het eten in het restaurant was ook zeer goed. Enige minpuntje is dat niet alle tax inbegrepen is in de geafficheerde prijzen. Het personeel is immens vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Werkelijk iedereen doet z'n uiterste best om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De aangeboden excursies zijn niet in eigen beheer, verschillen qua service doch zijn correct qua prijs. The lodge felt like a home away from home and the friendly staff (Stanley and Conti in particular) really went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. 「Wonderful stay at an authentic African lodge with beautiful views from their restaurant deck. We stayed in the family chalet which was on the outer rim of the campus. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. We were able to borrow an electrical conversion box from the reception. Baboons were wandering during the morning and afternoon. 「We booked the comfort chalet room but was given a double standard room instead. They have double booked by accident. I still kept the 5-star rating because 1.) The price for both were the same anyway 2.) Even established hotels make the same mistakes with double-booking. 3.) The staff, especially Priscilla and Imelda took exceptionally good care of us! 「Generally run down and simple lodge. The room was huge but just missing simple things (hangers for the cupboard for instance) or a kettle for drink. No fridge like in pictures No hot water for the shower, wifi was poor (until we moved it to the room) Breakfast was poor」
