The staff are so friendly, willing to take extra effort to help us out. We even like this town's living so much, wishing to come back in the future. TO LIVE.」

My only moan is the rooms that are at the back facing the road get a lot more traffic noise than the front

「Quirky property, lovely log fire, helpful staff. Good food. Dogs very well catered for.
Would have preferred a groundfloor room, which was originally allocated, but ended up in a first floor room.
Lot of noise from heavy traffic at the rear of the property which can be heard in the room」

「Great welcome easy check in and friendly team 😁. We arrived late after a long drive - the venue is an old pub with rooms. We navigated our way to the top floor room. As we arrived Halloween weekend we thought the dust and cobwebs in the room were part of the theme. 👻 The carpet around the bed and doors hadn’t been hoovered for months. A layer of dust was on all the light fittings and cobwebs everywhere - bed and pillows weren’t great and we could hear the noise from the high street, boy...
